Join us on Be Brave at Work as we welcome Marisa Porges, currently the eighth Head of The Baldwin School, a 130-year-old all-girls school outside of Philadelphia renowned for academic excellence and for preparing girls to be leaders and changemakers. Marisa is the author of a new book, What Girls Need: How to Raise Bold, Courageous, and Resilient Women.

Marisa served in the Obama White House, was a research fellow at Harvard's Kennedy School and the Council on Foreign Relations, and served as a counterterrorism policy advisor in the Departments of the Treasury and Defense. Needless to say, Marisa not only knows about bravery in general, she is an expert on bravery in the workplace.
